Street Corn – Elote
Fresh sweet corn might be one of my favorite Midwest ingredients. Here we make a tradition Mexican street food, Elote. We served this for the first time at Dotzy’s during the first ever Kiddos Who Care Market. It was such a hit, we put it on our seasonal menu.
