  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  2. Cut pears in half vertically. Remove the seeds.
  3. Lay pears, cut side up, on parchment lined baking sheet.
  4. Brush generously with honey butter and the sprinkle with cinnamon.
  5. Place in oven and roast until tender, about 20 minutes.
