Cracked Pepper Aioli
This creamy aioli is so simple yet lends it's bold flavor to anything you put it on. I first made this aioli to accompany my bourbon bacon BLT but have since found several other uses including a dipping sauce for fries or a burger topper.

Instructions
  1. Measure the mayo into a small bowl.
  2. Using a sharp knife, mince the garlic cloves.
  3. Add garlic to bowl then add freshly ground black pepper.
  4. Mix well.

This recipe can be made in larger batches and saved in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
