Asiago Cheese Dip
This is another family standard around Christmas time. This dish can be made ahead of time and then baked when needed making it an easy addition to any gathering. It’s best served hot, but holds up well over time. Serve with an assortment of crackers, crostini, or chips.

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the mayo, sour cream, 1/3 cup Asiago, green onions, and sun-dried tomatoes. Mix well.
  3. Place into an oven safe 1 quart casserole dish.
  4. Top with 1 tablespoon Asiago cheese.
  5. Bake until top is golden brown and bubbly, about 30 minutes.
Recipe Notes

Grated Parmesan can be substituted if needed.
