- 12 Ounces bacon thick cut
- 1/2 Cup Dark Brown Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Chili Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Reper Pepper Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Tequila
- 1/2 teaspoon Lime Juice

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine brown sugar, chili powder, tequila, pepper sauce, and lime juice in a small bowl and mix well.
- Place a wire rack over a foil lined baking sheet.
- Brush both sides of bacon with tequila glaze and space evenly on wire rack.
- Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes.
- Turn bacon over and continue cooking until slightly crispy and the edges are dark, 10-15 minutes more.
- Remove bacon from over and allow to cool slightly. Remove bacon from rack while it's still warm to avoid it sticking.
