This vinaigrette is so versatile. It not only goes great on traditional salads, but try it on salmon or asparagus as well.

  1. Place vinegar, mustard, shallots, and tarragon into a blender.
  2. Turn Blender on and mix all ingredients.
  3. With blender running, slowly add olive oil until vinaigrette is emulsified.
Recipe Notes

Dressing can be made in advance, placed in an air tight container, and stored in the refrigerator.

These are a wonderful treat enjoyed plain or as I used them, in place of croutons on a salad. This is a very basic recipe I made for a specific dish. The possibilities for these are truly endless.   1. Heat saute over medium-high heat.
  2. Once pan is hot, add olive oil.
  3. Carefully add garbanzo beans.
  4. Saute garbanzo beans for 15-20 minutes stirring frequently.
  5. Using a slotted spoon, remove garbanzo beans to a paper towel lined bowl.
  6. Remove paper towel and toss with paprika and salt.
